“They were drivers by profession. One of them owned a motorcycle and would transport himself and his coworker to work every morning. One morning, SARS stopped them to ask for money but they told them they were not commercial okada riders and drove off. The SARS officials followed them with another bike and shot them, using one bullet to kill them both. 

While questioning them and in their testimonies, they admitted they shot at them because they had on dread locs and thought they must be bad boys.”
