15 year old Emmanuel Egbo was playing with other children in front of his uncle’s house, when police officers stopped to chat with them. While claiming he was an armed robber, one of them brought out his gun and shot Emmanuel. According to eyewitnesses, the children were unarmed.

Emmanuel’s family was told he was an armed robber, and that the police officer responsible for the investigation of his death had moved to a new post. Emmanuel Egbo’s body disappeared from the mortuary, and as of today, the body is still missing.
